What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert for customers using the new proteomic platform, providing pre- and post-sales scientific support.
• Lead the Early Access Program (EAP), managing site selection, onboarding, and translating Voice-of-Customer (VOC) into actionable inputs for Product Management.
• Develop high-quality customer-facing materials, including training guides, application notes, and workflow diagrams.
• Troubleshoot complex assay challenges and guide customers on experimental design, sample preparation, and data analysis.
• Mentor and train junior Field Application Scientists, overseeing skill development across the team.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Product Development to provide field-centric feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field (Master's with equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a field application scientist or scientific support position.
• At least 2 years of experience as a senior FAS or above.
• Hands-on experience with NGS workflows, including library prep and sequencing platforms.
• Expertise with immunoassays, such as multiplexed platforms, ELISA, or proximity extension/ligation assays.
• Based in the Netherlands with the ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
