What you will do

• Produce assigned conferences from concept through execution, including agenda development and event planning.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, emerging topics, and key challenges.
• Identify, recruit, and manage industry-leading speakers and moderators.
• Collaborate with Audience Development, Sponsorship Sales, and Marketing teams to support event growth.
• Oversee live conferences, including session moderation and onsite event execution.
• Maintain accurate speaker communications and event updates within internal CRM platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in conference production, event content development, journalism, or communications.
• Valid U.S. entry visa is required.
• Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication.
• Strong research, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior executives and industry leaders.
• Willingness and ability to travel to support live onsite conferences.
