What you will do

• Plan and develop assembly and production systems within automotive manufacturing environments.
• Design factory layouts, structural concepts, and detailed HLS layouts according to project requirements.
• Perform 3D collision checks and layout validations to ensure technical feasibility and efficiency.
• Coordinate interfaces between HLS, conveyor systems, civil engineering, building services, and IT.
• Support implementation phases and on-site activities during installation and ramp-up.
• Ensure proper documentation and resolve planning and implementation conflicts during project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in factory, layout, or technical planning within the automotive industry.
• Deep knowledge and experience in Assembly Equipment and Tools Planning.
• Proficiency in Ergonomics Standards and Kanban systems.
• English: Professional working level.
• Availability to travel for on-site activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with CATIA and Layout HLS.
• Experience in project management.
• German language proficiency (A2 level).
