TL;DR

Collections Manager (Finance): Managing and improving the receivables function and cash flow discipline with an accent on revenue realization and scalable process building. Focus on leading a collections team, optimizing recovery metrics, and resolving complex payment disputes.

Location: Remote (The Philippines). Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (US Timings)

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of 2–5 Collections Associates.
  • Own end-to-end collections operations, including inbound/outbound follow-ups, payment tracking, and dispute resolution.
  • Set, track, and optimize team performance metrics and recovery timelines.
  • Build and improve collections workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of collections data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Operations/Project Management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of 2 to 5 people.
  • English: C1 proficiency required for professional and difficult conversations.
  • Strong data orientation with proficiency in Excel and dashboard tracking.
  • Proven ability to define and track key metrics (efficiency, productivity, conversion).
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2C collections or high-volume customer operations.
  • Exposure to CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Experience implementing or improving collections software.
  • Background in revenue operations or customer success.
