Location: Must be based in or near Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end technical strategy for core customer-facing offerings and intelligent agentic experiences.
• Lead the development of next-generation AI capabilities, integrating LLMs into the platform with strong engineering patterns.
• Own and evolve data foundations, optimizing pipelines and ensuring high-quality data access for customer analysis.
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear execution plans.
• Contribute hands-on across the full stack, maintaining execution momentum from concept to production.
• Define technical standards for user configuration and data interaction to ensure platform performance and reusability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with deep expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments, specifically AWS.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, event-driven pipelines, and data stores like Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Snowflake.
• Proven ability to design and scale robust, performant, and maintainable services.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical architecture with product and business goals.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive complex technical initiatives in a senior capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience building products or workflows powered by LLMs or Agentic AI.
• Experience with micro-frontends or multi-app ecosystem architectures.
• Deep experience with high-scale data pipelines, including streaming and real-time enrichment.
• Experience leading workshops or driving community practices.
