Salary: $117,300 – $169,000

What you will do
- Own the design, configuration, and administration of the Zip Procure-to-Pay platform, including approval workflows and vendor onboarding.
- Design and maintain the integration between NetSuite and Zip for PO matching, bill routing, and vendor data synchronization.
- Define AP approval matrices, bill coding policies, and non-PO invoice routing flows to ensure audit and SOX compliance.
- Establish financial policies for PO thresholds and accruals that directly impact month-end close accuracy.
- Document business process flows and system configuration specs in Confluence to support internal and external audits.
- Identify and drive process automation opportunities across the Intake-to-Pay lifecycle to reduce manual steps.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on administration of the Zip procurement platform.
- Strong functional knowledge of P2P, Intake-to-Pay, and Accounts Payable processes.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite AP module and integrations via iPaaS (Workato or similar) or APIs.
- Working knowledge of SOX ITGC controls, segregation of duties (SOD), and GAAP accounting policies.
- Experience working with multi-subsidiary multinational organizations, including European VAT considerations.
- Must be based in the US to align with regional pay tiers.
Nice to have
- NetSuite Administrator Certification or Zip/Coupa certifications.
- CPA, CITP, or CISA certification.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or hardware company undergoing SOX readiness.
- Familiarity with TravelPerk, Airbase, or other expense management systems.
