What you will do

• Design and implement custom software solutions using Python to solve customer business challenges.
• Develop APIs, automation workflows, and integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between customers, product teams, and engineering.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops to define project architecture.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and identify opportunities for operational process improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all deployed solutions.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with Python.
• Proven expertise in designing and building APIs, backend services, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical implementations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Europe or South America.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
