Salary: €1,200 gross per month plus bonuses

What you will do

• Support Italian-speaking customers via inbound phone calls and email, with phone communication accounting for approximately 90% of interactions.
• Advise customers on products, orders, and returns.
• Act as the first-level contact and prepare customer inquiries for the Back Office.
• Manage consumer marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon.
• Document and process customer inquiries after resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Italian proficiency at C1 level; native-level Italian is expected.
• English at C1 level or Slovak at C1 level.
• Completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination, higher professional education, or a university degree.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivation, negotiation skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
