Salary: $45–$62 per session, $17/hr for non-session work

What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive, safe Pilates training programs tailored to individual client goals.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions with a focus on client motivation and results.
• Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to build and maintain a consistent book of business.
• Conduct initial client assessments and goal-setting sessions.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure equipment is in proper working order.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all club members and guests.

Requirements

• Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
• Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program (minimum 400 hours).
• Certification on all Pilates apparatus including mat, reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, and barrels.
• Ability to provide valid copies of all Pilates certifications.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and spotting clients.
