What you will do

• Lead solution design workgroups to facilitate consensus on process flows and integration approaches.
• Assess current-state processes to identify improvement opportunities and accelerate implementation.
• Develop and maintain process maps, technical specifications, and risk documentation.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards aligned with client reporting requirements.
• Create operational routines, SOPs, and governance mechanisms for post-go-live effectiveness.
• Support service delivery teams with product documentation and executive-level presentations.

Requirements
