• Collaborate with internal processing groups, custodians, and brokers to ensure accurate account results.
• Proactively identify solutions and resources to resolve exception processing issues.
• Work with management to document and maintain business processes.
• Serve as a backup for other operational needs within the business group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of experience in the security industry.
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa, OK.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
