TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Advertising Platform): Leading the strategy and roadmap for hirify.global’s ad platform with an accent on programmatic stack modernization and data foundations. Focus on optimizing SSP/DSP integrations, auction decisioning, and unifying self-serve and omni-channel experiences to drive revenue.

Location: Must be based in Sarasota, FL (USA) or Toronto, ON (Canada)

Salary: $190,000 – $220,000 USD (US) / $155,000 – $180,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

  • Modernize the programmatic stack by owning SSP/DSP integrations, auction decisioning, and header bidding strategy.
  • Define and evolve user and content data collection for targeting, frequency management, and measurement.
  • Develop the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for programmatic, self-serve, and native surfaces.
  • Design the self-serve buying experience, covering campaign creation, targeting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, and Finance to align on billing and revenue tracking.
  • Monitor KPIs including fill rate, eCPM, and viewability to continuously optimize auctions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital advertising or ad tech platforms.
  • Deep hands-on experience with programmatic advertising (SSP/DSP integrations and yield optimization).
  • Experience with data collection pipelines, identity strategy, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in working with engineering teams on APIs and consumer-facing ad surfaces.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate marketplace and performance data into product decisions.
  • Must be based in Sarasota, FL or Toronto, ON.
