What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, driving user adoption and account expansion.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including trafficking, third-party tag implementation, and pixel troubleshooting.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize ROI across Display, Video, Native, CTV, DOOH, and Audio channels.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance presentations, and client education sessions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, and Data Analytics teams to ensure client success and retention.
  • Mentor junior Account Managers and contribute to internal operational efficiency and optimization frameworks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in programmatic media buying, client success, or account management.
  • Proven expertise in campaign optimization and performance strategy within DSPs or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and Holdco organizational structures.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (~20%) for client meetings and industry events.
