What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes for global Data and Technology partners.
  • Coordinate legal reviews for NDAs, DPAs, and MSAs with internal Legal and Data Protection teams.
  • Drive commercial negotiations and agreement renewals to optimize pricing and SLAs.
  • Act as the primary operational bridge between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of legal, compliance, and commercial documentation.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in procurement or vendor relationship management in a B2B tech environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of cost optimization and negotiation.
  • High legal literacy regarding contract structures and service agreements.
  • English: C2 level fluency required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple parallel workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Fintech, RegTech, or Identity Verification industries.
  • Experience on the buyer's side evaluating infrastructure or software providers.
