What you will do

• Own enterprise client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs.
• Translate data (engagement, EMV, sales lift) into actionable growth strategies and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including timelines, scopes, and budgets for seeding and paid campaigns.
• Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing renewal timelines and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, and Product teams.
• Integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows to increase execution speed and insight quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 4–6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
• Proven track record of account growth and retention measured by revenue or NRR KPIs.
• Hands-on fluency with Meta and TikTok campaign execution.
• Leadership experience managing team workloads and conducting 1:1s.
