Senior CSM (Influencer Marketing)

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts and drive retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention.
• Build strategic relationships with senior brand-side stakeholders across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs.
• Translate engagement, EMV, sales lift, and affiliate impact data into actionable client strategies.
• Manage campaign timelines, scopes, budgets, execution, and margins across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns.
• Use AI to streamline reporting, model renewals, prepare upsells, and synthesize client data.
• Lead CSMs and Junior CSMs, improve team performance, and maintain operational alignment across Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing with large or enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on campaign expertise with Meta and TikTok.
• Quantifiable experience in account growth, retention, revenue, or Net Revenue Retention.
• Direct people-leadership experience, including 1:1s, workload management, and performance development.
• Commercially sharp, operationally reliable, adaptable, and confident discussing account revenue impact.
• Ability to use AI tools in daily workflows for faster execution, sharper insights, and improved operations.
