What you will do

• Lead daily program operations and PMO execution across assigned contracts and task orders.
• Maintain integrated project schedules, deliverable trackers, risk registers, and program dashboards.
• Coordinate staffing actions, onboarding, and credentialing in partnership with HR and Security.
• Oversee program financial tracking, including funding levels, burn rates, and budget forecasts.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison among customers, company leadership, and project teams.
• Develop executive-level briefings and performance reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of project, program, or PMO experience, preferably in federal government contracting.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience supervising cross-functional teams and program support staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to report onsite in Rosslyn, VA.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, DAWIA, FAC-P/PM, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience supporting Department of State, DoD, USSOCOM, or DOT&E programs.
• Experience with CDRLs, QASP, and contract transition activities.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, or Jira.
