What you will do

• Provide front-line support for EMR software, assisting users with setup, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
• Customize dynamic forms, visit notes, encounter forms, and problem templates to enhance usability.
• Implement e-prescribing functionalities and set up automated appointment reminders (SMS, calls, emails).
• Configure eFax, Dymo Label Printer, Medscan applications, and HIE interfaces.
• Conduct technical training for internal teams, providers, and administrative staff.
• Test new features and modules, including Patient Portal, Patient Intake, and Telehealth.

Requirements

• Experience with Medical Records software and a strong understanding of typical medical office workflows.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations such as system outages or cyber attacks.
• Knowledge of setting up e-prescribing for medications and controlled substances.
• Ability to suggest and implement workflow modifications to improve office efficiency and revenue.
