Location: Must be located in the US for eligibility. Note: Remote roles require occasional travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City for onboarding and team events.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

What you will do
- Provide world-class technical support to healthcare professionals via multiple channels.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support cases based on severity and complexity.
- Maintain and update knowledge articles on the support portal.
- Document all communications, transactions, and remedial actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational tools and processes.
- Work shifts between 8am and 8pm as required.
Requirements
- Must be located in the US for eligibility.
- Expertise in MDS 3.0 and experience as an MDS Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of API and service technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
- Desire to leverage AI tools to enhance work content and user experience.
