What you will do
- Provide technical support via phone and remote tools for medical device operation and configuration.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently.
- Deliver clear solutions and proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain deep expertise across the full product line.
- Participate in weekend support and after-hours on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field or 2+ years of experience in clinical neurophysiology, IT, or biomedical technology.
- Solid computer proficiency, including software platforms, networking, and hardware.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Nice to have
- Degree in Polysomnographic or Electroencephalograph Technology from a CAAHEP-accredited program.
- Credentials such as RPSGT, REEGT, or CNIM.
- 1+ year of clinical experience as a sleep/EEG technician or 2+ years in help desk/network support.
- Knowledge of servers, virtual environments, WAN/LAN, Citrix, and storage systems.
