TL;DR

Support Operations Associate I (IoT): Providing phone-based technical support for dealers to ensure connected devices in homes and businesses function properly with an accent on troubleshooting and customer service. Focus on developing logical troubleshooting steps, solving complex technical concerns, and maintaining high service quality.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or be able to work in-person from the Bloomington, MN offices. Sponsorship for employment authorization is not available.

Salary: $21 - $22 per hour

• Provide exceptional phone-based customer support regarding hirify.global products and services to dealers.
• Develop and implement logical troubleshooting steps to remedy technical concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure ongoing improvements in service quality.
• Share knowledge via documentation, ongoing training, and participation in product testing.
• Participate in extensive in-house training to master the security industry and business model.

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Interest in technology and strong technical aptitude (computer skills, mobile and web apps, Excel, Word).
• Demonstrated experience with logical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to operate independently within a team environment.
• Must have valid US work authorization; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Previous phone-based support experience.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
