What you will do

• Lead technical evaluation of customer specifications, tenders, and scope of work across multiple markets.
• Coordinate with global Sales and Business Development teams to create competitive and technically robust proposals.
• Propose technical configurations and system architectures that meet project requirements.
• Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to customers, partners, and internal staff.
• Perform global competitor benchmarking to identify product differentiators and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and improve business operation processes using AI tools and global templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment, including transformers, generators, cables, and circuit breakers.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (MODBUS, DNP3, IEC61850).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Excellent command of English and ability to work across different languages and cultures.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Experience in business development or other customer-facing environments.
