What you will do

• Lead solution design workgroups, facilitating sessions and driving consensus on process flows and integration approaches.
• Assess current-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement and accelerate benefit delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed process maps, technical specifications, and risk documentation.
• Develop new operational processes, including change impact assessments and stakeholder communications.
• Drive the creation of KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards aligned with client reporting requirements.
• Support Service Delivery and Control Tower teams through the creation of product documentation and SOPs.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in supply chain and technology.
• Experience in structured analytical thinking and solution design.
