What you will do

• Manage client onboarding and maintain accurate, up-to-date data records.
• Coordinate tax data collection and assist with tax season activities, including quality control and e-filing.
• Prepare financial exhibits such as cash flow reports and investment subscription documents.
• Handle asset transfer paperwork and account service requests.
• Monitor quality control metrics and manage secure client communication portals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve operational tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Albany, NY.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in client service is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
