TL;DR

Wealth Advisor (Fintech): Managing and growing the Retail IRA and service offering for the retail business with an accent on retirement income planning and wealth accumulation. Focus on attaining production goals, conducting needs analysis for mass affluent clients, and implementing advanced investment strategies.

Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (onsite 5 days per week)

Salary: $106,180 - $132,720 USD

What you will do

  • Manage, retain, and grow client relationships within the mass affluent segment of the Retail IRA business.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to provide tailored investment decisions and advanced retirement income planning.
  • Attain personally assigned and division-paid production goals through outside sales and outreach.
  • Utilize the Voya WealthPath platform for integrated financial planning, CRM, and portfolio management.
  • Coordinate outbound campaigns and service delivery activities as the primary point of contact for individual customers.
  • Model industry-leading sales and service best practices while adhering to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards.

Requirements

  • Required FINRA registrations: Series 7 and either 66 or 65/63.
  • CRPC designation or ability to obtain it within a limited time period.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or 2–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of retirement and retirement income planning.
  • Strong work ethic and experience with both inbound and outbound calling.

Nice to have

  • MBA, CFP, or CFA designations.
