What you will do

• Develop in-depth media plans using industry tools and the Wavemaker planning philosophy to meet client briefs.
• Own end-to-end campaign activity, including briefing teams, managing deliverables, and ensuring accuracy across workstreams.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for junior clients, managing their business needs and requests.
• Mentor and manage Planning Executives to ensure task completion and career development.
• Oversee campaign budgets and ensure financial management processes are met in a timely manner.
• Translate business problems into compelling multi-media stories and persuasive strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the media landscape, including current trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Experience using media planning tools and the ability to derive stories from data.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for leading dialogues between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
