What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial reporting and maintain General Ledger integrity.
• Manage cashbooks and banking transactions, and oversee debtor and creditor accounts.
• Perform balance sheet, GR/IR, and VAT reconciliations while ensuring statutory tax compliance.
• Strengthen financial governance through verification controls and vendor administration.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.
• Provide guidance and coaching to finance employees and trainees.

Requirements

• BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience within a finance environment.
• Strong practical application of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Experience managing VAT administration, statutory compliance, and audit preparation.
• Proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
