What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including backend and platform engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and provide market insights.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage.
• Coordinate scheduling and support offer preparation and hiring decisions.

Requirements

• Must be living in the Netherlands
• 2+ years of proven experience in tech recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience working in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments.
• Ability to deliver on deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills to manage relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
