What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various logistics roles at the Sevenum site.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet a target of 20–30 hires per month.
• Conduct candidate interviews and organize on-site recruitment days.
• Collaborate with hiring managers as a trusted sparring partner to influence hiring decisions.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools and optimize recruitment workflows.

Requirements

• Initial experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on blue-collar hiring.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Proven track record of filling challenging roles in competitive markets.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with ATS (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
