What you will do

• Design and deploy ML models to extract supply availability, pricing patterns, and market saturation from global competitors.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including feature engineering, offline training, and low-latency online serving.
• Implement entity resolution and matching techniques using embedding models, gradient boosted trees, and transformer-based architectures.
• Collaborate with crawling infrastructure, data engineers, and product teams to define ML problem formulations.
• Conduct offline and online experiments to evaluate model quality and inform pricing and supply growth strategies.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in applied Machine Learning with a track record of deploying models at global scale.
• Must be based in the US (residing in a state where hirify.global has a registered entity).
• Proficiency in Python (required), with experience in Scala or Java for backend systems.
• Deep knowledge of ML fundamentals (feature engineering, A/B testing, training/serving skew mitigation) and algorithms (GBDTs, neural networks, transformers).
• Hands-on expertise with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
