What you will do

• Design and implement content discovery algorithms to prioritize a seamless and personalized user experience.
• Drive the strategic vision and long-term roadmaps for the notifications relevance team.
• Enhance core recommendation capabilities, including candidate retrieval, ranking models, and budgeting optimization.
• Deploy state-of-the-art ML models and integrate LLMs into production pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Data Science teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Mentor and guide senior and staff engineers within the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience with deep expertise in large-scale recommendation systems.
• Strong experience building and deploying ML models using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven experience working with LLMs in production and utilizing generative AI.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming using Python and Golang.
• Must be based in the United States.
