Focus on designing production-grade RAG systems, implementing multi-step reasoning workflows, and deploying scalable AI solutions within enterprise ecosystems.

Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Detroit, MI (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

What you will do

• Design and deploy production-grade end-to-end Agentic RAG systems, including embeddings, vector search, and agent orchestration.
• Integrate LLMs into enterprise applications using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Develop and optimize retrieval quality using chunking, re-ranking, hybrid search, and hallucination detection.
• Deploy AI solutions at scale using Azure cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Run and test local models on high-compute on-prem servers (L40s GPUs) prior to cloud deployment.
• Architect AI integrations within enterprise procurement workflows, specifically SAP/SRM systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade RAG systems and agentic workflows.
• Deep expertise in Python, machine learning, and statistical validation.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, or FAISS.
• Proficiency in MLOps, including model lifecycle management and CI/CD for ML systems.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Detroit, MI on Tue, Wed, and Thu.
