What you will do

• Define, report, and monitor KPIs across product areas and lead deep dives into metric variations.
• Develop Python scripts and SQL queries to enhance data pipelines and reporting.
• Create data visualizations using Metabase and Jupyter notebooks to convey insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and perform statistical analysis for experiments.
• Translate analytical findings into concrete recommendations for business and product growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of setting up metrics tracking systems and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines while ensuring data integrity.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with DAG orchestrators such as Airflow.
• Background in consumer-facing products.
