Senior Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work in Tbilisi or Limassol

What you will do

• Analyze the subscription lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and churn, to improve revenue, paid subscribers, LTV, and ARPU.
• Monitor checkout processes, payment provider performance, and conversion rates across regions and currencies.
• Research price elasticity, promotional offers, and regional pricing strategies to support monetization.
• Build and maintain reliable financial dashboards in Metabase.
• Translate complex financial data into insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong SQL proficiency, including complex aggregations and window functions.
• Python programming skills with at least a good command of Pandas.
• Understanding of the SaaS business model and its metrics.
• Experience forecasting business or product metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization in Metabase.
• Experience working with payments or accounting data.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and turn large data volumes into stakeholder recommendations.
