What you will do

• Analyze subscription lifecycles (acquisition, retention, churn) to drive revenue growth and increase key metrics like LTV and ARPU.
• Optimize payment funnels by monitoring checkout processes and payment provider performance across different regions and currencies.
• Support monetization strategies through research on price elasticity and regional pricing effectiveness.
• Build and maintain reliable financial monitoring dashboards in Metabase to enable data-driven business decisions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex aggregations and window functions.
• Python programming skills with a solid command of Pandas.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and its core metrics.
• Ability to translate large volumes of complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization in Metabase.
• Experience working specifically with payments or accounting data.
• Experience in forecasting business or product metrics.
