What you will do

• Collect and prioritize business requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Define product concepts, develop go-to-market strategies, and create mockups using AI tools.
• Conduct MarTech market research and competitor analysis to evolve the AI-native platform.
• Lead SCRUM activities including Planning, Refinement, and Reviews in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Consult internal and external users on system customization to address business needs.
• Organize and conduct training sessions on new release features for clients and employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with strong expertise in product discovery.
• Deep expertise in the MarTech domain, including social media ad platforms and omnichannel solutions.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or platform-based product development.
• Ability to shape AI-driven features such as predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
• English: B2+ or higher required for working in an international business environment.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on application architecture and the software development lifecycle.
