What you will do

• Own the product backlog and roadmap for German-market platforms, prioritizing based on commercial impact and technical feasibility.
• Continuously analyze and improve end-to-end user funnels, running structured A/B tests to increase conversion and lead quality.
• Act as the primary interface for the engineering team, writing detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Own tracking and attribution across the funnel, utilizing tools like GA4, Looker, and BigQuery to drive data-driven decisions.
• Manage API integrations with lender partners and third-party providers to ensure stable and accurate data flows.
• Maintain full regulatory and GDPR compliance across all product surfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a digital product ownership role.
• Proven experience in fintech, lending, comparison platforms, or brokerage environments.
• Solid understanding of PSD2/Open Banking frameworks.
• Technical ability to specify and validate API connections and functional requirements for developers.
• Full professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany for a hybrid work arrangement.
