TL;DR
Business Analyst, Transformation (Music): Identifying and implementing business process improvements and transformation initiatives to deliver value to members and colleagues with an accent on requirements management and process analysis. Focus on translating business needs into functional requirements, conducting gap analysis, and shaping products through the SDLC.
Location: Hybrid (up to 3 days WFH), based in Greater London, UK

What you will do
- Design requirements elicitation sessions and translate business needs into user stories, process maps, and benefits models.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development teams to define product vision and roadmaps.
- Develop 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' process flows, perform gap analysis, and produce target operating models.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and defined metrics.
- Produce gap and stakeholder analysis documentation to support business change and transition.
- Support Project Managers in creating project plans and optimising scope, benefits, and risks.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or process improvement.
- Ability to create systematic business requirements and manage them through the project lifecycle.
- Experience with enterprise capability models and process workflow diagrams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirements management, project management, and data modelling tools.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Greater London, UK
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI and Automation POCs or products.
- Familiarity with UX principles and product design.
