What you will do

• Create, manage, and respond to security incidents and conduct analysis according to company policies.
• Install, configure, and administer security tools including SIEM, XDR, WAF, vulnerability scanners, and DLP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security tools and operational processes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and assist with internal and external regulatory and compliance audits.
• Review and recommend improvements to information security processes to maintain system integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and data networks.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Operations.
• Knowledge of basic information security principles and theories.
• Must be based in the UK (London or Southampton) for hybrid work.
• English: B2 level communication skills required.
• Proven track record of problem-solving and strong analytical skills.

• Certifications such as COMPTIA Security+, CISA, CISSP, SSCP, or CCSK.
• Knowledge of GDPR, PCI, SOC 2, FedRAMP, IRAP, and HIPAA compliance regulations.
