Focus on researching the latest incidents and turning that research into practical, gamified learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you will do

  • Plan, write, and improve defensive security labs, challenges, and online learning content using blue team techniques.
  • Produce multi-format educational content (practical exercises, questions, and gamification).
  • Test blue team labs and ranges to ensure they work as expected.
  • Research recent crises/incidents and compile findings into a catalogue of crisis simulation content.
  • Translate technical research into clear, concise content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with the wider Product team on new projects and product innovations.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in defensive security, especially Incident Response or tabletop exercises.
  • In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and how it supports enterprise threat handling.
  • Strong technical understanding of networking, computing, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics using examples and analogies for realistic simulations.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with interest in prototyping, iteration, and experimentation.
