What you will do
- Plan, write, and improve defensive security labs, challenges, and online learning content using blue team techniques.
- Produce multi-format educational content (practical exercises, questions, and gamification).
- Test blue team labs and ranges to ensure they work as expected.
- Research recent crises/incidents and compile findings into a catalogue of crisis simulation content.
- Translate technical research into clear, concise content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the wider Product team on new projects and product innovations.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in defensive security, especially Incident Response or tabletop exercises.
- In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and how it supports enterprise threat handling.
- Strong technical understanding of networking, computing, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Ability to simplify complex topics using examples and analogies for realistic simulations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with interest in prototyping, iteration, and experimentation.
