What you will do

• Plan and develop offensive security labs, challenges, and learning content for the hirify.global One platform.
• Create multi-format content using practical exercises, questions, and gamification to teach complex concepts.
• Research latest vulnerabilities, tools, and offensive tactics to deliver realistic simulations.
• Test Red Team labs and ranges to ensure they function as expected.
• Translate technical research into concise content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with the wider Product team on innovations and deployment strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in offensive security as a penetration tester or Offensive Security Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its application in enterprise threat management.
• Strong technical understanding of networking, computing, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to simplify complex subjects using examples and analogies for a target audience.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and Python.
