What you will do

• Act as a technical lead, owning epics and driving architecture decisions for platform initiatives.
• Lead the migration from on-premises infrastructure to AWS while ensuring system resilience.
• Design and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (AWS) and Ansible (on-prem).
• Manage networking components, firewalls, and security configurations via TLS and Vault.
• Participate in on-call rotations and resolve production incidents with subsequent post-mortems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Proven experience at a Staff or Senior+ level owning end-to-end projects.
• Experience with hybrid on-prem/cloud environments and cloud migration processes.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
• Must be based in Rennes, France.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Proxmox or similar open-source hypervisors.
• Experience with security tooling such as WAF, IDS/IPS.
• Experience in fast-moving SaaS or product-led engineering organizations.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows.
