What you will do
- Act as a technical lead, owning epics and driving architecture decisions for platform initiatives.
- Lead the migration from on-premises infrastructure to AWS while ensuring system resilience.
- Design and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (AWS) and Ansible (on-prem).
- Manage networking components, firewalls, and security configurations via TLS and Vault.
- Participate in on-call rotations and resolve production incidents with subsequent post-mortems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
- Proven experience at a Staff or Senior+ level owning end-to-end projects.
- Experience with hybrid on-prem/cloud environments and cloud migration processes.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
- Must be based in Rennes, France.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Proxmox or similar open-source hypervisors.
- Experience with security tooling such as WAF, IDS/IPS.
- Experience in fast-moving SaaS or product-led engineering organizations.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows.
