What you will do

• Contribute to the operation and deployment of all Dashboard Platform features.
• Build and maintain infrastructure services using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
• Develop tooling and guidelines to enhance developer experience and autonomy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tool adoption and usage.
• Lead infrastructure projects with complete autonomy and long-term planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Significant experience in infrastructure management with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong proficiency with cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
• Experience with high code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale customer bases.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go and Ruby on Rails.
• Knowledge of modern web development (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with AI coding agents.
