TL;DR

DevOps AWS (Cybersecurity): Building, scaling, and securing the infrastructure that powers a cybersecurity awareness platform with an accent on IaC and cloud architecture. Focus on finalizing Terraform migration, evaluating ECS vs Kubernetes, and hardening security posture for ISO 27001 compliance.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France. Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Salary: €45,000 - €90,000 a year

What you will do

  • Finalize the transition to a fully Terraform-managed, reproducible, and well-organized infrastructure.
  • Lead the needs analysis and decision-making process regarding a potential migration from ECS to Kubernetes.
  • Drive security hardening and best practices to support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance.
  • Build and deploy independent infrastructure to support the company's expansion into the US market.
  • Enhance developer experience by optimizing CI pipelines and deployment speeds.
  • Rationalize cloud costs through FinOps practices while maintaining high reliability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles.
  • Strong expertise in AWS and hands-on experience with Terraform at scale.
  • Experience operating user-facing infrastructure with zero-downtime deployments.
  • Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate to France.
  • Security-minded approach to secret management and infrastructure hardening.
  • Proactive and autonomous ownership of complex technical topics.

Hiring process

  • Initial screening call with the Tech Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min).
  • Interview with the Engineering Manager of the Platform squad (30 min).
  • Onsite session including a case study and deep-dive into experience (2 hours).
  • Final fit interviews with the CTO and CEO (60 min total).
