What you will do

• Design and implement observability solutions for metrics, logs, and traces to ensure full visibility across infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively to minimize service disruption.
• Configure and maintain monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and ELK.
• Develop dashboards and alerts to provide actionable insights for engineering and operations teams.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to drive continuous reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with SRE and development teams to integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and Datadog.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex production environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices at scale.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry.
• Scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with incident management tools like PagerDuty or Opsgenie.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or monitoring tools.
