HR Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR projects from initiation to delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
• Build project infrastructure and facilitate clear communication across teams.
• Define project objectives, functional requirements, and develop roadmaps with subject-matter experts.
• Break down complex challenges into pragmatic, actionable solutions.
• Refine project management frameworks and optimize existing operational processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.

Nice to have

• Project Management Certification (PMP, DASM).
• Familiarity with Google Suite and related productivity tools.
• Experience driving operational process improvements.
• Prior experience in supporting functions like HR or Finance.
