What you will do

• Lead the Fleet Data Integration function and manage a dedicated team of specialists.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure reliable data integration services.
• Oversee the accurate transmission of vessel-reported data to Veson IMOS platforms.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve integration workflows and tools.
• Manage escalations for complex data transmission issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and their system integrations.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in Data Science, Physical Science, IT, Maritime, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maritime data systems and operational data integration.
• Proven experience managing technical support or operational teams.
• Strong technical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with vessel reporting systems or Veson IMOS is highly preferred.
