What you will do

• Create, maintain, and monitor implementation plans for installations, swaps, and migrations.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and track costs during roll-out projects.
• Coordinate operational services, issue tracking, and risk management during the run phase.
• Manage vendors and third-party field services installation partners.
• Represent the company in client relationship governing bodies and coordinate communication with stakeholders.
• Identify add-on sales opportunities and measure service quality via KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on roll-out, deployment, or migration projects.
• Ability to plan and execute large-scale implementations including cost tracking and quality control.
• Solid experience managing vendors and third-party installation partners.
• Strong customer-facing skills and experience participating in governance or steering committees.
• Hands-on experience with operational monitoring, risk management, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to coordinate stakeholders and system integrators.
