What you will do

• Manage commercial partnership activations including marketing, PR, experiential, and hospitality activity.
• Facilitate regular partner status meetings, planning workshops, and senior review meetings.
• Develop partner marketing campaigns and coordinate with PR and Communications for content development.
• Oversee the partner brand approvals process and perform ongoing reviews.
• Deliver partner events and hospitality both at race and away-from-race environments.
• Track annual rights and manage contractual deliverables, invoicing, and reporting for all partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the sports or motorsport sponsorship industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in financial planning and budget management.
• Background in communications, PR, social media, or event delivery.
• Ability to drive in the UK.
• University degree or equivalent preferred.
