What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain the Data Platform and products powering analytics and AI use cases.
• Build and optimize streaming and batch data pipelines for product events and learning analytics.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, observability, and scalability of data infrastructure.
• Develop data models, transformations, and platform tooling to streamline data accessibility.
• Collaborate with Platform, Product, and AI teams to translate data into customer value.
• Contribute to technical decision-making as the data platform evolves.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong foundation in data pipelines, distributed systems, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Experience with streaming pipelines and real-time data processing.
• Must be based in Oslo.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM applications, agents, or LangChain.
• API development skills (e.g., GraphQL, Hasura, FastAPI).
• Knowledge of OLAP, analytics engineering, or data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Expertise in observability and data quality for modern data systems.
