Business Segment Lead (Healthtech): Leading a specific business segment to reach market leadership by defining vision, priorities, and strategic decisions with an accent on market intelligence and GTM strategy. Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona

What you will do
- Build deep expertise on the market and competitive landscape using both quantitative sizing and qualitative customer insights.
- Define the value proposition and pricing strategy to differentiate the offer and achieve market leadership.
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for both account renewal and business expansion.
- Own the P&L for the segment and manage internal resource allocation based on ROI.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate market insights into product improvements and strategic trade-offs.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience leading a business, product category, or business segment.
- Full working proficiency in French.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Proven ability to establish transversal influence across Product, Insurance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Strong business sense and ability to analyze and manipulate data to build a 360-degree market view.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona.
