What you will do

• Design and develop wiring harnesses using 2D CAD tools such as Eldorado and Harness XC.
• Implement harness development processes and methods, including VOBES.
• Execute design tasks according to hirify.global and customer guidelines and specifications.
• Support and participate in technical design reviews.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Apply FME and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) methods to enhance product quality and manufacturability.

Requirements

• Technical diploma (Bac +2) in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Mandatory proficiency in French and English.
• Mastery of Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri, and Continuous Improvement techniques.
